Apple iPhone 4S

I'm totally interested in replacing my iPhone 3GS with a new iPhone 4S. But it seems to me SIRI is not fully functional in Canada - can anyone confirm with me? At least, you cannot see SIRI on this iPhone 4s page www.bell.ca/Mobility/Products/Apple_iPhone_4S

I've had an iPhone since the 3G came out in Canada and for the most part, this phone is pretty good. The camera is great and much better than the previous versions. SIRI is a neat feature but since it's still in beta, it's not that accurate. Compared to the iPhone 4, I've noticed the battery life isn't as good and in terms of speed it feels about the same. All that said, it's a worthy upgrade if you need a new phone, otherwise, I would't suggest you upgrade just yet.
