Worst phone.. ever.

I owned the predecessor to this phone, and had it for 3 years with no issues. So when I wanted a new phone, of course I went to this.. only to find it was a complete waste of money. The phone either shut itself down, or froze completely when either opening or looking through text messages. If it froze, I had to take out the battery and reset it. Upon trying to return the phone after 2 days of use, I was told the store had a 15 minute phone return policy, and this phone was promptly snapped in half. Don't waste your money, don't buy this phone.
