WORST PHONE I'VE EVER OWNED

I have had Nothing but TROUBLE with this phone since I got it. It Freeze's frequently, it shut down in the middle of calls and texting, when on a video can the phone gets so HOT THAT YOU CANNOT TOUCH IT WITHIN 4MIN OF BEING ON THE CALL. MOF IT TOOK ME 10 TO SEND THIS TEXT BECAUSE THE PHONE FROZE AGAIN. I BELIEVE THE BOOST STORE WHERE I PURCHASED THIS PHONE LIED TO ME WHEN I ASKED IF THE PHONE WAS PRE-OWNED OR REFURBISHED! I'VE NEVER HAD THIS MANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY PHONE!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

3 out of 4 Phones Crashes Daily

I've bought this phone 4 times in the past 2 months. 2 times from Best Buy and 2 different Best buy stores and now 2 times from Amazon.

3 out of 4 phones are defective. The system crashes, messenger errors, the phone will shut off after phone calls or random moments like when you are sleeping and then you have to take the battery out to reset. This is a brand new phone, something in the firmware is faulty and LG should consider recalling all the faulty phones.

I will be returning my phone and purchasing a different brand. This phone was great but no one should have a brand new phone that crashes daily.

I purchased this phone for $150 from boost. On day 2 the phone locked up. Completely black screen. Wouldn't turn on. Did all of the typical troubleshooting techniques to no avail. I went into a local store. He hooked it up to something and declared it "fixed". This happened again a week later. I call Boost very upset because this is a brand new phone and in 9 days it stopped working. I asked for a replacement. They said, "It sounds like a device issue. We aren't liable for a device issue."
So, I'm transferred to LG. They tell me that I need to ship the phone to the repair center. I said how long will they take? She said, "It will take several days to reach our facility. Then it will be 14 working days before you get it back." WHAT!? I said Ma'am I just got this phone NINE DAYS ago. You are telling me it's going to be repaired longer than I've owned the phone?
She said, Yep". I've had this phone for a month now. This has happened SIX times. I haven't sent it to the repair center because I've been so sick. I would never, ever own anything LG again.
