Motorola i576

I'm very happy with this phone. For the past 5-6 years i have had to change my Motorolas every year not because of physical breaks but because the internals would mess up and create reliability issues (e.g. phone would turn off by itself, even with full battery) but i have had this one since it came out here (early 2009)and has never let me down. The reception is very good, the battery life is good, a second battery only costs 40$. But as with all motorolas, the menus are hard to understand, the Nokia and Apple people have made it intuitive, so why can't moto?
