What do you expect?

From a phone that doesn't have the 850 band in it? Yeah, it's gonna get bad reception. Read up on products before you buy them, rather than buy them and then complain about the reception that will never get fixed because it's a phone thing. LOOK FOR THE 850 BAND NEXT TIME YOU BUY A PHONE!

FOLLOW-UP to earlier post re V66

My earlier post said that my only beef with the V66 was that the menu items that I use most (call forwarding) are at the bottom of the on-screen list.... I've since realized that the menus are circular, and you get to the bottom quickly by going up the list. So no complaint there!

I have found that the listening volume is a little quiet, even on maximum. But it has been sufficient overall. Just a little quiet for use in loud settings, or even noisey cars sometimes.

The SIM cover hatch is a little flimsy and always feels like it's about to fall off, but never actually does in normal situations.

It's been dropped once on a hardwood floor and survived fine - the SIM chip jumped out and needed re-insertion, but no damage.

Worst phone ever

I was having problems with getting an mantaining a signal with my V60 so they sent me this for 25.00 and although it was hard to beleive it was way worse. I think this phone is not even good enough to be used as a skipping stone at a lake.
Has anyone else had this many problems with Roger? They now want to charge me 50.00 for a c333 but I'm nervous with all the bad reviews plus I have to ship this garbage back to them and be charge for 1 more year of service. My only options are the C256 for 75.00 or C333 for 50.00 At this rate I will never sign with roger again. I paid way too much the first time for bad phones

excellent small phone

I've owned the V66 for a month and have been thoroughly impressed by it. Size, sound quality, battery life are all fine. My one beef to date is call forwarding - it takes a lot of keystrokes to set up each time. (To be fair, there may be a way to set up a shortcut that I haven't found yet.) But they hid 'call forwarding' under everything else (it's even below 'games'!) on the menu. Oversight, or marketing decision? Five stars from me for the phone.
