won't turn on after 2 weeks

It's a very basic phone; I was satisfied although some numbers on keyboard are hard to punch. But after 2 weeks, I dropped it on table (like 15 centimeters) and it broke. Very fragile. I had no service/help at all from Petro-Canada, they said go to Nokia (2 weeks after buying).
