This is a wonderful entry level SmartPhone.
( I have been using an ancient flip phone for 11 years... so I have a lot to learn about Android .)
It is easy to use, easy to text, easy to take pics, easy to SKYPE, and easy to connect to the internet , even without a data plan. (Lots of free WIFI's around here )
Its large enough( 4 inches) to easily see what you are doing when reading text, ( or playing Angry Birds LOL )...
yet small enough that it fits in a man's dress shirt pocket.
Its also easy to upgrade and customize with 100,000's of free apps from the Google play store and even more if you want to pay.
The battery lasts me almost 3 days... and longer if I remember to occasionally press an " App Killer" to shut off unneeded items.
It connects easily to both my Mac, and my PC, and pics, tunes, & short movie clips are easy to download.
The camera quality, voice quality, screen resolution, and general looks are terrific.
I can highly recommend this phone..... especially for first time Android phone users.
My only complaints ( so far ) are:
1) accessories: The phone is so new that there are no hard cases, gel cases, leather flip cases available on the internet anywhere......yet.
2) The original write-up indicated it had both Voice dial, & NFC (Near-Field-Comm) ... which it doesn't yet.
Perhaps these will come when it gets its upgrade to Jelly Bean from Ice Cream Sandwich.
A Great Starter Phone !!
