This phone is defective

I bought this phone in September 2005, shortly thereafter, it started to drop called, gave a loud spiky sound like it was short circating.... I thought maybe it was reception so I kept it a few months then decided it just was not working right when my partner told me to stop calling him on my cell phone cause he could not hear me and he was very annoyed!
I took the phone in for repair... gone 45 days, picked it up and it was still broken, took it back the same day, gone for another 3 weeks, got it back, still broken, took it back to the store three days later, gave me a new one, same thing happened about a month later.... starts out slowly then gets worse and worse... the loaner phone worked well, it was a 3920! Long and short of it, it went back two more times and it still does not work properly! Took it back again and contacted Sanyo Canada and told them I don't want it back I want another phone! Bell Canada gave me the run around and refuses to deal with it! I am fed up with this situation, paid $199 for this unit....
