Further to the last comments - I love the phone it sure is a rugged one and will withstand a little punishment - so I hope to figure out that no signal problem.

I have just had it 2 weeks - the signal is very poor - matter of fact I live in a mobile home and there is no signal - have been working with Telus ,so far we haven't solved it yet - the specs say also works on WiFi but can't seem to get it to work either - the manual is 62 pages also hard to follow.

Worst phone ever

Reviewed on Friday July 28, 2017 by , Kimberley bc
I have tried to figure out and enjoy this phone for 6 months and it is by far the worst phone I have ever owned it pocket dials, pocket texts, it freezes up like an old 486 computer, the camera is terrible. the only reason this phone needs to be tough is so that you can throw it at the wall every day out of frustration. It is beyond "glitchy" don't waste money on this phone Absolute junk I will never buy anything sonim in my life again JUNK!
