This phone is a lemon

Could be that my phone was a dud, but my Xperia SP is a piece of garbage. From the time I got it, it's been slow, glitchy, and outright shuts down sometimes because it can't handle basic tasks (including opening up text messages). I rarely dare to use wifi with it, because it needs a good 5 minutes to warm up to the internet and even then it's painfully slow. Battery life is decent, but the battery indicator is completely wonky (tells me it's at 10%, but jumps up to 60% if I turn it off and on). The camera is a COMPLETE SHAM. One of the main claims Sony made about this phone was the "great" camera, but it takes mediocre photos and rarely gets the focus right. I'm not an Apple fan at all, in fact I don't like Apple, but I am always surprised when I take a picture with a friend's iPhone and it simply works properly.

Someone gave me their old phone (yes, I preferred to use a phone that had two previous owners instead of the Xperia SP I bought new) and I demoted my SP to being an MP3 player. It can't even manage that in many ways.. It lags and shuts down when it's connected to my computer, and once in a while the blue tooth will disconnect from my headphones, but the phone still thinks they are connected. I guess I'm not saving anyone from this junk phone now that it's out of circulation, but don't even accept a free Xperia SP if a friend gives you one or something. It's honestly not even worth using for free. I will never buy another Sony phone, because every claim they make from now on is a sham as far as I'm concerned.
