Sony Xperia SP Now Available

Rogers, Fido and Virgin Mobile have released the Sony Xperia SP LTE-capable smartphone. Targeted at students and youth who are looking for an affordable device with all the bell and whistles, the Xperia SP features an illuminating belt (basically, an LED strip light that lights up and changes colour to match on-screen content), and sports a 1.7 GHz dual-core processor, 8.0 MP camera capable of shooting high-def video, One Touch NFC, and 8 GB of internal memory. The Xperia SP will ship with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and is available now from $0 with select voice and data plans.
