Bell Lets Talk
Once a year, Bell Let's Talk encourages a conversation about mental health whether it be by text, phone call or through social media. According to the Let's Talk website, "Bell has committed over $67.5 million to support a wide range of mental health organizations, large and small, from coast to coast to coast."

Bell Canada and Bell Aliant customers can support the cause by simply using their talk and text services as Bell will donate 5 for every text message, wireless and long distance call made by their customers today. Though iPhone users will have to turn their iMessage function off in order for their their participation to be accounted for.

Not a Bell customer? Bell is also donating 5 for every Tweet using #BellLetsTalk and for every share on Facebook of the image featuring Howie Mandel.
