Phone died a few weeks before warranty expired but it was not replaced or repaired

I bought a Figo Virtue III on June 27, 2017 and it worked fine until June 2, 2018 when although it was fully charged, it stopped working and will not work since. I left the phone charging with the stock charger and USB cable for 1 hour but it still would not turn on. I filled in the 7-11 form and mailed the phone with receipt with all contents requested to the address on the form today. This is my business phone and while it is not working and in repair, I'm losing business. The tracking shows that it was delivered 11:00pm to their office on June 6, 2018.
US and CA RMA centers operate independently, however tickets and RMA's are issued in US. I do not have access to the Canada RMA center status, however its generally under 2 weeks.
Please give me an update on the status of the repairs to my phone and whether it has been shipped back to me as yet. It's difficult to get you guys to even acknowledge receipt, never mind when I will get the phone back.
I would love to provide an update but I cannot access Canada repair records. What I am going to do is send out an email to the Canada center asking for an update on this specific case. Once I hear back I will update you. Thank You!
The repair centre haven't even acknowledged receipt of it and today July 19, 2018, over 6 weeks and my ticket was removed by Figo and I never received a response from them nor have I received my phone back.
