While it is small, durable and useful for calling, messaging on it is a pain, I can't even use my own MP3's as ringtones, and for some odd reason, the phone will spontaneously restart. Additionally, the screen was made much too small.

This phone is great for simplicity but I have a VERY big issue with finding software so that i can use my mp3's as ringtones instead of the lame ones that come with it

Good, reliable, tough phone

Got this as a basic voice phone, and it works very well in this regard: long battery life, great sound quality and reception, easy to use. Was traveling through the armpit of the East, New Glasgow, and dropped the phone onto a hard surface (they do have some paved road there). It survived without a hick-up.
The various media and internet options I don't bother with, but I suppose someone could use them. If all the iPhones were taken away maybe.
For its price (free for upgrade) and category, it's good value.
