Bad phone worse customer service

I have had this phone for six months, it took me, my provider, and two weeks time to figure out that the phone was shipped with the wrong settings for my location once this was fixed I had accetable service. Then a few months later it started to freeze up and you would have to let the battery die and recharge to unlock it. My provider took it back and reflashed it with an update. This seamed to work untill my two year old dropped it on a wood floor, I picked up the phone and watched as the screen fadded to a solid black screen. The phone has a three year warranty from sonim, who absolutely refuse to even look at it because it was not purchase directly through them and because my provider had flashed it. It remains a useless paperweight.
