Koodo's Self Serve app launched in January 2013 but will be laid to rest tomorrow. Last month the TELUS-owned carrier sent an email to its customers letting them know that it plans to shut down the app on June 30th. The email read:
"We wanted to let you know that we’re closing down our app on June 30 as it reached the end of its lifespan. Customers have increasingly showed us their preference for our mobile site to manage their account, and less and less are using our Self Serve app.

Our mobile-friendly site has more functions that can be easily accessed from your phone. Follow the instructions below to quickly bookmark our Self Serve site on your phone to continue to easily access tracking of your usage and more.”
They then recommend that subscribers should add the mobile-friendly www.koodomobile.com/selfserve to their phone's home page to manage their accounts moving forward. Instructions for doing this on an iPhone can be found in this video:

About Koodo Mobile:   Koodo Mobile is a Canadian mobile flanker brand started by Telus in 2008 and mostly oriented toward younger customers. Koodo differs from its parent Telus by not requiring a fixed term contract. Koodo currently provides postpaid and prepaid services. Being a subsidiary of Telus, Koodo has been able to offer extensive coverage and a strong presence in mobile retailers. This allowed Koodo to gain a presence nationwide. The brand name is a variation of the Ancient Greek word "κῦδος" (the ascendant to the English word "kudos"), meaning "praise, renown, glory" and more recently "acclaim for something well done". - Wikipedia
