A perfectly timed launch synchronized with the red shades of autumn's falling leaves - today Samsung announced that the Galaxy S8 is now available in "Burgundy Red"... But only in South Korea.
Samsung states "The striking edition will be available first in Korea beginning on November 28, before rolling out to select markets." Specific availability details will apparently be announced by wireless providers and regional Samsung offices. There is no hint as to whether or not the red finish will be headed to Canada or not, but at least you can appreciate some photos of it while you wait for the Galaxy S9 to launch. Rumor has it that the S9 could arrive as soon as February 2018, so you must have a deep love for red to want to run out and buy a red S8 today with the S9 right around the corner.
