TELUS has followed in Bell's footsteps and has begun to sell the Apple Watch Series 3, as well as an add-on to connect it to pre-existing mobile rate plans.
The plan costs $10 per month, as well as a one-time $20 eSIM activation charge.
The watches themselves vary in price depending on what model you are interested in, but all of them can be purchased for $0 down on a 2-year TELUS Easy Payment plan. The Apple Watch Series 3 plan can be added to any regular consumer TELUS SharePlus or Your Choice plan (but is not available for business accounts at this time.).
If you are not already familiar with the Apple Watch Series 3, it is compatible with any iPhone ranging from iPhone 6 or newer, and running an iOS 11.2 or newer operating system.
The Apple Watch Series 3 is not available for online purchase at this time so you will need to head to your nearest TELUS authorized dealer to make a purchase.
Until the end of December, subscribers in all provinces besides Quebec - sorry Quebec... - will get a $10 bill credit for their first 3 months, so will only be paying the $20 eSIM charge if the plan is activated this month.
