Audiovox CDM 8200 Blue

I hate this phone and I can't believe they tried to tell me at the store that it was better than the Motorolla - which by the way, I'm upgrading to.
I agree with the previous persons' entry - the mailbox takes a few seconds to locate and you can't even type your contacts' full names in because it has to have the 'storage number' of that contact. The ring tones are pathetic. And I ALWAYS have to have my phone on lock because the on/off button is so sensitive that something in my purse will turn it on - brutal!

I agree with Francis. My phone crashes all the time and the only way to get it working again is to remove the battery. I have it sent it to Bell for repair twice now and they won't give me a new phone or let me trade it in for a better one. So I am stuck with this one. Cheap phone. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all.

While the sound quality is acceptable and, physically, it's a nice phone, the real problems lie in the software that powers it. After a few months' use, the phone has "crashed" a few times - it's simply locked up with an incomprehensible error message, and I needed to remove the battery to reset it. And I can't figure out why, either; each time, I found the phone like that after taking it out of my pocket.
This is a relatively inexpensive phone, and there's a reason why it's so cheap...
