HTC P4000

I went shopping for a blackberry phone but got talked into the HTC P4000. If your looking to upgrade to a new phone make sure the sales persons actually knows something about the phone, that was my first mistake. Second was not following my gut. This PDA is very slow when it comes to useing the phone feature, also it is very delayed with typing or using the touch screen pen. I had the phone for 2 weeks and wanted to return it, but was lied to from the dealer saying it's just a programing defect but it's fixed now. The only thing that is fixed is that I'm locked in a long term contract with a phone that isn't user friendly. I stress to everyone out there be sure of the product your buying and don't be talked into something because it the lastest tech. out there. So I'm not pleased with my phone provider-and they still won't do anything to help me out as a customer and the phone is a poor product...

J'ai eu des problème avec le Bluetooth. Après l'utilisation du Bluetooth, parfois le téléphone ne répond plus. Le bouton de mise sous tension ne répond pas et je ne peux plus recevoir d'appel. Il faut que je "reset" l'appareil avec le petit bouton sous l'appareil. J'ai appelé Telus et il m'on dit qu'il ne pense pas qu'il y ai une mise à jour. Il m'ont dit que j'avais 2 semaines pour l'échanger. Je n'ai pas trouver d'appareil équivalent. Je ne sais pas quoi faire???

Ive only had this phone for 4 months. i have had to do "soft resets" and "hard resets" AND even had a replacement phone. The issues i have are known to the manufacturer and last time i checked, there are no fixes for them.
I don't recommend this phone to anyone. It causes too much frustration.

Paying for a phone that is useless. I don't get 80% of my phone calls, and when people leave messages...I get them anywhere from a couple of hours to a week later. Would never own this phone again.
