Motorola Charm

The Motorola Charm is the biggest P.O.S. ever made. My wife has had it replaced 3 times in 3 months for the same thing and the T-Mobile store will not replace it for another model. We have tried numerous times to get it replaced. The same answer everytime "SORRY WE CAN'T DO THAT. THIS IS THE ONLY MODEL WE CAN EXCHANGE IT FOR!" That is a crock! Get ur crap together T-Mobile. How are u gonna keep customers if u can't keep them happy!!!
