Sprint is now T-Mobile

Following the successful merger of the two networks, Sprint will no longer be offering plans to new customers. You will instead be directed to sign up for a T-Mobile plan. Existing Sprint customers can remain on their current plans until further notice, however equipment protection options may change.

Total Equipment Protection

Starting at $9.00 per month

$9 per month:  Total Equipment Protection (TEP) customers get comprehensive protection with convenient repair options, next-day replacement, and secure backup of photos and videos. TEP includes:

  • 24/7 claims
  • Loss, theft, damage coverage
  • Next-day replacement
  • Secure backup (25 GB)
  • Eligible repair at select locations
  • Repair for malfunctions, including cracked screens

$13 to $17 per month:  Total Equipment Protection Plus (TEP Plus) customers get comprehensive protection with convenient repair options, next-day replacement, unlimited tech support and secure backup of photos and videos. TEP Plus includes:

  • 24/7 claims
  • Loss, theft, damage coverage
  • Next-day replacement
  • Secure backup (5 GB)
  • Eligible repair at select locations
  • Repair for malfunctions, including cracked screens
  • Device tutorials
  • Device support
  • Proactive alerts
  • Tech Expert App
  • Tech Expert Support
$13 to $17 per month:  Total Equipment Protection Plus with AppleCare Services customers may also receive access to Apple Support and certified repair at Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Service Providers. TEP Plus with ACS includes:

  • Next-day replacement
  • Secure backup (5 GB)
  • Eligible repair at select locations
  • Repair for malfunctions, including cracked screens

  • Certified repair at Apple Stores and Apple authorized service providers in-store or by mail-in

Repair and replacements have a separate deductible and service fee.

For approved claims, a repair or replacement device will be provided at Sprint’s discretion. For repairs, you will be required to bring or mail your device to an authorized repair center. Additional information on repairs will be available at phoneclaim.com/sprint, which includes a list of eligible devices, types of repairable damage, and available select repair locations. If you have an eligible device that is not repairable, a device that is ineligible for repair, there is not an authorized repair location available, or we decide that a replacement is necessary, you will receive a replacement device and be charged the replacement deductible. If you have a water-resistant device, it may not be water-resistant after repair.
