Works but not as well as described

I live in an area where we have great difficulty getting an Internet connection. The MF271 works but it is much slower than Rogers advertises. Also the battery only last about 4 hours not the 16 hours claimed. It uses a proprietary power supply which is apparently impossible to replace. The ZTE company customer service is very poor and their representatives are downright rude. Rogers employees have no knowledge of this device except how to sell it. It works better than Bell devices but not muchs. Cannot recommend.

be very careful. this hub does NOT HAVE the ability to access an external antenna as some Rogers employee's CLAIM?
VOIP service is good compared to the JUNK netcomm
but speeds are only half for internet (i assume Rogers throttles)
