I looked up this phone before i bought it never looked at user reviews though. The carrier for mine is bell they them sleves aren't that good). When i looked at the phone details it is supposed to be a 4gb phone but once u bought it ($120 not counting phone card) i realized it.was 2GB the other 2GB was all stuff i don't use and never will use and the only way to get rid of them is to root the phone orsomething whice you really got to know what you are doing so you don't ruin the phone all together. The apps i am stuck with are apps like selfserve (bell app that no longer works but can't uninstall ) Google -newsstand,maps, movies, music, books drive. And some others. And the phone is.literally falling apart the screen is.also easy to break.
