Not a bad little phone!

It's not fancy compared to other smartphones but if your looking for a inexpensive smartphone that's compact and gets the job done that it was intended for, then this is a decent phone. Got mine for free when signing up with my wireless phone service and I keep it for a back up phone in case I need to get my primary phone fixed. This little phone has never dropped a call, has good sound quality. While I don't use it every day, I feel confident that if the need arises this little phone will serve its purpose with flying colors!

Although being a 3g phone, its a really reliable nice phone sometimes slow it works well. I got one since may and no prob, only fault is the lack of app memory.

Its definitely not a high end phone but it's very user friendly. The phone's keypad features offer many key features of more expensive phone. Touch screen works great. I've had mine since May 2012 and it's still working in great condition. The web browser is flash friendly. Only downside is that it is not compatible with Google wallet. Google wallet being the only mechanism to buy paid apps on android.

I bought this phone less than a year ago and the touch screen is no working in some places, making texting and dialing some numbers impossible. The head phone jack is also broken, so I can't even listen to music on it. I haven't ever dropped or drowned my phone, so I expected a longer life span.

I went to Wind to see what could be done, but they told me I would have to pay 80 bucks to send it to Toronto to get a third party to see if it was my fault that it was broken. If they decide that it isn't my fault, it would be refurbished somewhere in Ontario and returned to me. Way too much hassle for a cheap phone.

You're getting what you pay for with this one, that's for sure. It's good for what it is, but it isn't much.
