Sturdy phone

Reviewed on Tuesday December 11, 2018 by , British Columbia
Bought my Rugby in 2013 and still using it almost six years later. It's fallen into mud and water, been dropped onto floors and concrete and otherwise suffered many mishaps without damage. I've not installed many apps, so low RAM is not much of an issue. There is a slot for an SD card if storage is a concern. The camera is often slow and doesn't record videos the way it should. Works great as a phone. If only "Rugby" phones were still available.

Good middle of the road phone

Reviewed on Friday March 24, 2017 by , Canada
I've had my Rugby phone for about 3 years now. I use it mainly for work. I'm a mobile mechanic. This phone is all I really need. I've not had any problems with it. Great battery life, camera is good enough for my needs. If I need to take some macro pics of engine parts I can do so and I'm happy with the results. There are times when it can feel like the performance is a little slow, but I've never had it crash on me, although I did have a period where the Touchwiz was playing up. Just re-formatted the phone and was good to go for another year. Don't expect Galaxy S7 performance cos it just won't happen, but if you're realistic in your expectations and you don't require a whole bunch of bells and whistles then this phone may very well be a good choice.

Fait pour travailler dur

Reviewed on Monday October 31, 2016 by , Quebec
